Iran short title ‘The Castle’ has been awarded at the 16th edition of Angel Film Awards-Monaco International Film Festival.
The short drama written and directed by Saba Ghasemi was screened at the 'World Premiere' section of the film event.
A brief synopsis of the short reads, 'Some castles are made of bricks. Some are made out of books, but all castles stand by memories.'
A string of casts stars in ‘The Castle’, including Sajjad Tabesh, Armin Sayyad, Mahdokht Molaei, Sima Sheybani, Emad Emami and Ali Nasir.
Launched in 2003, Angel Film Awards-Monaco International Film Festival is a platform for non-violent film and screenplay, love and the art of making movies.
The latest edition of the festival was held on December 3-6, 2018 in Monaco.
